Mission

Sivensa is a Venezuelan company that manufactures a large range of steel and metallurgical products, among which: hot briquetted iron, which serve as metal source for the steel industry: steel products, such as bars, angles and beams mainly for the Venezuelan construction sector, and a varied range of galvanized wires and steel cables for various sectors of the national economy, among which the agricultural and manufacturing sectors. A major portion of these products is destined for the export market.

Sivensa's mission is to contribute to the development of the national economy, specifically with the Venezuelan steel and metallurgical sector, and using its abilities and expertise in the steel and management spheres to support the growth of the company and the efficient use of its resources.

For more than thirty years, social responsibility has been an integral part of Sivensa's mission, having created a Foundation in 1976 for the specific purpose of providing training, know-how and practical skills in the performance of related industrial tasks and services for both the workers and apprentices of Sivensa and its subsidiaries, and for workers of other companies. Additionally, the operating subsidiaries of Sivensa sponsor a series of sports, cultural and environmental programs focused on improving the standard of living of the communities where its operating centers are located.
